The NYA requires frozen yogurt to contain 10 million (10,000,000) cultures per gram (CPG) at the time of manufacture. YoCream Original Tart™ contains more than 400 million (400,000,000) at the time of manufacture. And at YoCream, we never heat treat our cultured yogurt as that would kill off the beneficial cultures.
